You may access and/or download the reports listed below using the links provided. Hard copies and appropriate translation (written or oral) will be made available to parents upon request.
Federal Report Card
The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), requires each state education agency to prepare and publish an annual report card with state-, district-, and campus-level data.
Every district that receives Title I, Part A funding is responsible for distributing the campus-, district-, and state-level report cards to each of its campuses, the parents of all enrolled students, and the public.

Accountability
Texas provides annual academic accountability ratings to its public school districts, charters and schools. The ratings are based largely on performance on state standardized tests, graduation rates, and postsecondary readiness. The ratings examine student achievement, school progress, and efforts to close achievement gaps among various student groups.
YES Prep White Oak Elementary is currently in its first year of operation and thus does not have an Accountability Rating for 2025. Use the links below to access the overall 2025 YES Prep accountability reports.

- The campus improvement plan for YES Prep White Oak Elementary will be posted here when it becomes available in SY2026-2027, its second year of academic operation.
